# FileFilterRule

One condition of a folder source's `file_filter`.

Type: object

Fields typed as another model are documented on that model's page; fetch it before filling the field.

| `field` | string | yes | What to test: `file_name`, `file_type`, `date_modified` or `content` (an emptiness check by size, not a text search). | one of: `"file_name"`, `"file_type"`, `"date_modified"`, `"content"` |
| `operator` | string | yes | `file_name`: contains, not_contains, starts_with, is. `file_type`: is, is_not. `date_modified`: within, before, after, between. `content`: is_empty, is_not_empty, is_near_empty, is_not_near_empty. |  |
| `value` | string, nullable | no | Text for `file_name`; a type for `file_type` (google_sheets, excel, csv, tsv, pdf, google_docs); `today`/`last_week`/`last_month` for `within`; a YYYY-MM-DD date for before / after / between. Omit for `content`. |  |
| `value_to` | string, nullable | no | End date (YYYY-MM-DD) for `between` only. |  |
